Our loyalty program's concept is straightforward: book additional surf vacations, and receive enhanced advantages! If you're new to surfing with us, you'll start as an entry-level member with a 30 EUR reduction on your initial vacation.
After booking your vacation, you'll advance to the following level automatically and access greater perks for your subsequent booking.

We're delighted to offer dedicated surfers a special deal: your eighth vacation is free from us! Following your seventh vacation with us, you may reserve a complimentary one-week surf vacation.

Loyalty terms and rules: Understand the guidelines, enjoy the advantages
Here are the regulations for joining our initiative. Review them thoroughly to grasp the program's operations and optimize your participation. Let's begin collecting perks and creating surf memories!
Eligibility: Participation: Open to adults 18+ who reserve surf vacations directly with BMG.
Combining discounts: Merging discounts: Loyalty perks cannot combine with other deals, promotions, or reductions (like group bookings) unless BMG specifies otherwise.
Free Family Member-gift: Complimentary Family perk: Limited to 30 EUR max, chosen by the individual camp.
Free eighth trip: Complimentary eighth vacation: Can only be reserved after completing the seventh vacation.
Valid discount codes: Valid codes: The code applies solely to your upcoming vacation reservation, not to changes on existing bookings.
Non-transferable: Non-sharable: Earned perks are not transferable and can't be swapped for money or equivalents.
Personal membership: Individual membership: Your account is personal and can't be shared with others. It's for your use only.
Benefits: Perks: Book your vacation using the loyalty code to activate benefits.
Discounts expiry: Perk expiration: Certain reductions expire, usually two months post-earning. Lapsed ones are lost.
Fraudulent activity: Misconduct: Fraud or program abuse, like fake accounts or false data, leads to instant removal.
Merchandise: Goods: Free items depend on stock availability.
Changes to the program: Program updates: BMG can alter or end the program anytime, notifying members ahead. Updates via email or site.
Trip accumulation: Vacation counting: Program counts vacations booked post-January 1, 2019. Pre-date bookings excluded. Perks valid from new bookings starting 6/5/2024.
Note: Loyalty perks exclude agent-booked vacations.

Complimentary changes up to 14 days before check-in
We provide no-cost adjustments and cancellations in set periods! Booking over three weeks ahead gives 14 days to modify or cancel. Within three weeks, you get 72 hours for changes. Post-period, BMG keeps the down payment.
Cancel up to 35 days prior; full payers get 75% refund, BMG retains 25%. Closer than 35 days, full amount kept.
Free modification or voucher up to 14 days pre-arrival. Add cancel coverage for security.
