All BMG surf camps provide free Wi-Fi for guests. Connection quality varies by location. Our Ahangama camp offers the strongest Wi-Fi, including access to a coworking space.

The Alentejo camp, located in a rural area, has typical countryside connectivity. If you need constant internet access, consider purchasing a local SIM card with data to ensure connectivity at your destination.

You can explore surf level details on our website and choose during booking. If you pick the wrong level, don’t worry—we can adjust it when you arrive at the camp.

Can I rebook or cancel my trip without fees?

Accepted Answer

BMG offers flexible rebooking and cancellation options! Book more than three weeks in advance, and you get 14 days to rebook or cancel. Book within three weeks, and you have 72 hours to make changes. After this, BMG retains the deposit.

Cancellations are allowed up to 35 days before arrival. If fully paid, you’ll get 75% back, with BMG keeping a 25% deposit. Cancellations within 35 days of arrival are non-refunded.

Free rebooking or a gift card is available up to 14 days before arrival. You can also add cancellation insurance for extra flexibility.
